Natura
L’ICCRS offre il programma Istituto di Formazione per Responsabili (LFI), un corso intensivo di tre settimane vicino al cuore stesso della Chiesa, a Roma, in Italia.
L’Istituto di Formazione per Responsabili ICCRS ebbe inizio in risposta all’invito di Giovanni Paolo II a promuovere la “maturità ecclesiale” tra i responsabili del RCC.
I corsi comprendono studi di Sacra Scrittura, Ecclesiologia, Pneumatologia, Mariologia, Kerygma, RCC, Leadership e Ministero. Gli studenti ricevono insegnamenti pratici e partecipano a diversi workshop sui vari aspetti del ministero nel RCC. Inoltre, vengono proposte visite a luoghi cristiani, e ai dicasteri della Curia Romana.
Persone di tutte le età, delegati di organizzazioni carismatiche mondiali, sono invitati a fare un’esperienza di crescita nel RCC. I corsi si svolgono principalmente in inglese, ma si possono rendere disponibili anche in altre lingue, secondo il numero delle richieste.

Si avverte, quindi, con urgenza la necessità di un annuncio forte e di una solida ed approfondita formazione cristiana. Quale bisogno vi è oggi di personalità cristiane mature, consapevoli della propria identità battesimale, della propria vocazione e missione nella Chiesa e nel mondo!

Missione
L’obiettivo dell’LFI è quello di formare responsabili e potenziali responsabili in grado di servire la Chiesa alla luce del Potere dello Spirito Santo. Forniamo questo programma esclusivamente a Roma per dare la possibilità agli studenti di fare un’esperienza veramente e profondamente ecclesiale. Siamo felici di portare gli studenti nei vari uffici Vaticani affinché possano avere una visione quanto più completa possibile della vita della Chiesa.
Obiettivi
- Offrire ai partecipanti un fondamento teologico ed ecclesiale per il servizio.
- Offrire informazione pratica e utile su come servire la Chiesa e approfondire la dimensione carismatica.
- Dare l’opportunità di sperimentare più profondamente la potenza trasformante dell’amore di Dio.
- Creare una rete affinché la gente possa condividere esperienze, sostegno e risorse.
