Michelle Moran and Matteo Calisi in Private Audience with Pope Francis
ICCRS has the great joy to inform the CCR worldwide that the Holy Father received our president, Michelle Moran, together with the President of the Catholic Fraternity, Matteo Calisi, in a private audience.
The meeting took place last Monday 9th September 2013 in the Apostolic Palace.
Michelle and Matteo spoke to the Roman Pontiff about the Charismatic Renewal around the world and, taking advantage on the occasion, they spoke to the Pope about the 3rd Worldwide Charismatic Priests’ Retreat, organised in collaboration with the Congregation for the Clergy (Rome 2015), and about the celebrations for the 50th Anniversary of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal that will happen in Rome during 2017.
They also reflected on the role of the Charismatic Renewal in the dialogue of Ecumenism, especially in the relationships with the Evangelical and Pentecostal churches.
