You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God.

2 Cor 9:11

Your Support is Important

We at ICCRS rely on the support of those we serve in order to continue our mission. By your generous financial support, prayers, testimonies, and participation in ICCRS events, we continue to carry out our responsibilities in favor of the CCR worldwide as mandated by the Vatican in 1993.

As a service organization, ICCRS has grown much since its beginning—in vision, scope, and services. We thank all of those who have supported us in their own way so that the fruit of the CCR could  be made known all over the world. We at ICCRS are always undertaking new projects and improving existing ones to improve our services, and communicate to our brothers and sisters in Christ the developments in the Charismatic Renewal worldwide. However, these projects can only be completed with necessary resources.

We ask for your continued support. Here are some ways to help:

  • Keep ICCRS in your prayers.
  • Promote ICCRS to your friends and family. Share your testimonies and send them to us, as your experiences may help others in similar situations throughout the world.
  • Participate in ICCRS events. ICCRS holds events throughout the year with some of the best theologians, clergy, and lay leaders who are able to share their leadership experiences with you. This is one of the best ways to support the international CCR and give back to your local communities.
  • Subscribe to the ICCRS Newsletter and ICCRS Leadership Formation to continue receiving the insight of leaders throughout the year. Contribute by asking questions to the ICCRS Doctrinal Commission or sending us a testimony of CCR activity in your areas.
  • ICCRS needs financial support. Your donations and long-term support are integral in continuing our operations. If possible, commit to supporting ICCRS in a more stable way by subscribing to the ICCRS Hope Sack Project.

ICCRS is counting on you, and we thank all of our supporters throughout the years!

Annual Financial Report 2017

By Cyril John, chairman of the ICCRS Finance Committee

We thank the Lord for the marvels He has done in our midst during the CCR Golden Jubilee Year of 2017. ICCRS exists to serve the worldwide Renewal in all its various streams and expressions. Throughout its history ICCRS has been financially supported through the generous donations of you all and the preparations and celebrations of our Golden Jubilee would not have been possible without your generosity. On behalf of the President, ICCRS Councillors and ICCRS Office, I praise the Lord and thank you all for your financial support which has helped to carry on the mission of ICCRS and fulfill the mandate given to it.

I would like to place a brief report about the financial situation of ICCRS before you to ensure transparency and accountability. The following are some highlights relating to the financial position of ICCRS in the year 2017.

Income

Our total income for the year, from January to December, 2017, was 230,530 Euros. It includes donations from National Service Committees (NSCs), individuals, groups and Communities. Income is also generated from the ICCRS Newsletter, Resource materials and Formation Programs.

Expenses

On average, the annual expenses at ICCRS are approximately 238,449 Euros per annum. We recently took stringent measures to control expenditure at ICCRS as we were often faced with the prospect of having little or no money to keep ICCRS solvent and therefore available to serve the worldwide Renewal.

We need your continued support

As you know, we are in a period of transitioning into the ‘One Single Service’. This Service, proposed by the Holy Father, draws together all entities that are rooted in Charismatic Spirituality. This new service named CHARIS, will come into existence at Pentecost 2019 when ICCRS will cease to exist. This has prompted many people to ask the question: “Since ICCRS will cease to exist next year, do you still need financial help?” The answer is: “Yes please!” Pentecost 2019 is still a long way off. Moreover, even after CHARIS comes into existence, service to the worldwide Renewal will continue therefore all money currently in the name of ICCRS will be passed to CHARIS to continue this important mission to the Church.

Sadly, current donations are already on the decline and to date ICCRS is left with little funds. There is sufficient money to carry on its work for a few more months only. To continue we need generous and sacrificial offerings, support and prayers from every one of you. Online payments, transmitting of funds to ICCRS is hassle-free now. Direct Deposits can also be made to Banks in Europe (Germany); Oceania (Australia) and North America. Visit the website www.dev-iccrswp.day50communications.com or contact the office for Banking details.

Please be assured that ICCRS is very grateful for any donation you are able to make and daily in the ICCRS chapel prayers are offered for the intentions of our donors. A number of times throughout the Year a special Eucharistic celebration is also organized specifically for these intentions. May the Good Lord bless you richly for your generosity.

Annual Financial Report 2016

By Cyril John, chairman of the ICCRS Finance Committee

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

I take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed generously to support the work of ICCRS. As you are aware, ICCRS exists to serve the worldwide Renewal in all of its streams and expressions. In the past three years, the ICCRS Council was preoccupied with preparations for celebrating the Great Jubilee Year of the CCR in Rome as well as other parts of the world. Your support helped ICCRS in a big way to carry on its operations and fulfill the mandate given to it. We, in ICCRS, are united with St. Paul in our thoughts, “I thank God for you each time I think of you, and each time I think of you I do so with joy…” (Ph 1:3,4).

I consider that it is important that we place a brief report about the financial situation of ICCRS before you to ensure transparency and accountability. The following are some highlights relating to the financial position of ICCRS in the year 2016.

Income

Our total income for the year, from January to December 2016, was 272,461 Euros. This includes 92,725 Euros received as donations from National Service Committees (NSCs). Donations from individuals, groups, and communities amounted to 74,821 Euros and the response to Hope Sack Appeal was 1,554 Euros. Collections at various events amounted to 11,733 Euros. The ICCRS newsletter generated revenue of 1,780 Euros and the sale of books and materials brought in 14,965 Euros. The events organized by ICCRS including the Leadership Training Courses generated 58,552 Euros. The Catholic Fraternity contributed €16,191 for shared office space and facilities. Bank Interest earned was €140.

Expenses

The annual 2016 expenses at ICCRS were 226,841 Euros compared to a budget of 239,867.

Current Position

To continue the service of ICCRS to the worldwide Renewal, we need generous and sacrificial offerings, support, and prayers from every one of you:-the Subcommittees, NSCs, communities, groups, and individual donors.

ICCRS needs your support

Through financial assistance, you have helped ICCRS to continue its important mission in the Church over the years. We appeal to you to continue to help us to bring the fulfillment of some of the very important projects in hand. After introducing the facility for online payment, transmitting of funds to ICCRS has become hassle-free. Please visit our website (www.dev-iccrswp.day50communications.com) to make a donation or pledge your support to the Hope Sack Appeal.

You would be delighted to know that we intercede at the ICCRS chapel and organize special Eucharistic celebrations for the intentions of all our benefactors. May the Good Lord continue to bless you abundantly for your generosity!

Annual Financial Report 2015

By Michelle Moran, ICCRS President

I take this opportunity to thank everyone who has contributed generously to support the work of ICCRS. As you are aware, ICCRS exists to serve the worldwide Charismatic Renewal in all of its various expressions. At the moment we are very busy with the preparations for celebrating, at Pentecost next year, the Golden Jubilee of CCR in Rome at the invitation of Pope Francis. We are also continuing to develop the ICCRS Formation. This year we have leadership training programmes in Indonesia, USA, Poland, and Guadeloupe as well as our 3 week Leadership Formation Institute here in Rome in Aug/Sept.  Responding to requests from around the world we are also launching our international ITC (Intercession Training Course). In addition to this, we continue to move forward with the vision of establishing a University of the Holy Spirit to serve the worldwide CCR. All of this and the other services that ICCRS offers would not be possible without your generous donations. I take this opportunity to thank the National Service Committees and ministries who regularly contribute to ICCRS and those who make personal donations. Be assured that we pray for all of you every working day in our ICCRS, Holy Spirit Chapel, here in the Vatican. We at ICCRS, are united with St. Paul in our thoughts: “I thank my God each time I think of you, and when I pray for you I do so with joy…” (Phil 1:3).

I consider that it is important that we place a brief report about the financial situation of ICCRS before you to ensure transparency and accountability. The following are some highlights relating to the financial position of ICCRS in the year 2015.

Income
Our total income for the year, from January to December, 2015, was 203,038 Euros. It includes 136,153 Euros received as donations from National Service Committees (NSCs). Donations from individuals, groups and communities amounted to 31,376 Euros including the Hope Sack appeal. 7,500 Euros were received as sponsorship for ICCRS staff. The ICCRS newsletter together with books and materials brought in 14,844 Euros. The events organized by ICCRS including the Leadership Training Courses generated 73,149 Euros which resulted in ICCRS being able to cover its current year expenses.

Expenses
The annual expenses at ICCRS was approx 229,998 Euros compared to a budget of 230,000. In the light of financial constraints, we took stringent measures to control expenditure at ICCRS. As a result, it has been possible to keep the expenditure close to  budgeted figures. For example, expenditure for office rent is now shared with the Catholic Fraternity, thus reducing the ICCRS portion of the rental paid to the Vatican.

Present Position: ICCRS needs your continued support
As we have been unable to build up any financial reserves, presently, ICCRS is only left with funds to carry on its work for a couple of months. So we need your help to continue our service to the worldwide Charismatic Renewal. In order to expand our vision, we need generous and sacrificial offerings, support and prayers from all of you.

Through financial assistance, you have helped ICCRS to continue its important mission in the Church over the years. We appeal to you to continue to help us to bring to fulfilment some of the very important projects in hand, especially those linked to the upcoming Golden Jubilee of the CCR in 2017. After introducing the facility for online payment, transmitting of funds to ICCRS has become hassle-free. You may please visit our website (www.dev-iccrswp.day50communications.com) and make a donation or pledge your support to the Hope Sack Appeal. We have also recently opened bank accounts in Germany and in Australia.

Be assured that in the ICCRS chapel we will continue to intercede and organise special Eucharistic celebrations for the intentions of all our benefactors. May the Lord continue to bless you abundantly, thank-you for your generosity.

Annual Financial Report 2014

By Cyril John, chairman of the ICCRS Finance Committee

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

I take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed generously to support the work of ICCRS. As you are aware, ICCRS exists to serve the worldwide Renewal in all of its various streams and expressions. As we are making preparations for celebrating the Great Jubilee Year in 2017, the ICCRS Council under the leadership of its President, Michelle Moran, has stepped up its efforts to make ICCRS more relevant to the worldwide Renewal. Your support did help ICCRS in a big way to carry on its operations and fulfill the mandate given to it.  We, in ICCRS, are united with St. Paul in our thoughts: “I thank God for you each time I think of you, and each time I think of you I do so with joy…” (Phil 1:3).

Annual Financial Report 2012

By Cyril John, Chairman of the ICCRS Finance Committee

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

On behalf of ICCRS, I would like to thank all those who have generously contributed to support its mission for the worldwide Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the year 2012. In his message on 24 April 2000, given to the participants of the Charismatic Gathering at Rimini, Italy, Pope John Paul II effectively highlighted the role ICCRS is called to play for the International Renewal in the following words, “ICCRS is an organisation whose task is to coordinate and encourage an exchange of experiences and reflections among the Catholic and Charismatic Communities all over the world… In view of a growing ecclesiastical awareness within the different Catholic and Charismatic Communities all over the world, ICCRS will play an important role.” Through the support rendered, you have played a key role in helping ICCRS fulfill the mandate given to it by the Hierarchy of the Church.

We at ICCRS consider it very important that we place a brief report about the financial position of ICCRS before you for information. The following are some highlights relating to the financial position of ICCRS in the year 2012:

Income

Our total income for the year, from January to December, 2012, was 160,087 EUR. It included 82,643 EUR received as donations from National Service Committees (NSCs). Donations from individuals, groups and communities amounted to 62,394 EUR whereas response to the Hope Sack appeal was only 5,344 EUR. 300 EUR were received as sponsorship for ICCRS staff. The ICCRS newsletter generated revenue of 2,672 EUR and books and other materials brought in 2,579 EUR.

Expenses

We took stringent measures to control expenditure at ICCRS. As a result, expenditure for the Council members and meetings was 13,037 EUR less than what was budgeted. There was a saving of 4,763 EUR in office and administrative expenses which includes stipends for volunteer staff. We had to ask two of our volunteer staff to leave due to insufficient income received. Even on the Newsletter, there was a saving of 730 EUR. With our concerted efforts, despite the increase in costs, the total expenses for the year came to only 171,899 EUR, which is 26,101 EUR less than what was budgeted. On behalf of the Finance Committee, I would like to thank our President, Michelle Moran, and Director, Oreste Pesare, for the judicious management of scarce funds.

Present Position

Presently ICCRS is left with funds to carry on its work only for a couple of months. In order to continue the service of ICCRS to the world-wide Renewal, we need generous and sacrificial offerings, support and prayers from every one of you―the ICCRS Sub-Committees, NSCs, communities, groups and individual donors.

Please support ICCRS

Through financial assistance, you have helped ICCRS to continue its important mission in the Church. Please continue to help us in 2013 and thereafter. I pray that Almighty God will bless all those who generously responded to the prompting of the Holy Spirit to support ICCRS through contributions and prayers.
