Today at the Vatican offices of ICCRS and CF, we have experienced an exceptional moment. During the Holy Mass celebration in our Chapel, the Oblate Sisters of the Holy Spirit, officially made us the gift of a ‘First Class Relic’ of the Blessed Elena Guerra! Providentially on the 4th of November 1882, Blessed Elena Guerra and the first aspirants expressed their own vows, as Sister Adriana, the superior of the congregation in Rome, shared with us! So we also celebrated the anniversary of the founding of the congregation. In addition to that, today is the memory of the Congregation’s patron Saint Charles Borromeo, Shepherd and Bishop of the Church who has made of his life an offering to the Lord.
May Blessed Elena Guerra, apostle of the Holy Spirit, intercede for us in this stretch that separates us from the Great Jubilee of the CCR.
10 March 2017 Update:
We also have received the Blessed Elena Guerra icon at the Holy Spirit Chapel (the chapel of ICCRS and Catholic Fraternity Office). It is a great joy for all the charismatic people. The icon was put close to the Saint relic.
