ICCRS Office

Service

Every year, the ICCRS Council officially meets to find always new ways to serve the worldwide CCR. The decisions, events, and initiatives are made during each meeting, then are formally carried out by the staff of the ICCRS office. Located in the Vatican, the office frequently welcomes pilgrims from around the world as well as religious and lay persons in search of resources on the CCR.

“The ICCRS office serves the ICCRS’ Council, providing the necessary administration to implement the Council’s decisions. It is equipped with sufficient equipment in order to accomplish the work entrusted to it and to preserve the archives. It has the necessary personnel, according to ICCRS’ criteria, chosen from different parts of the world, with the special representation of the languages most spoken within the CCR.”

ICCRS Statutes, Art. 25

In addition to the current office staff, ICCRS is aided tremendously by the efforts of volunteers from all over the world who contribute through their translations, technical services, and financial support. We thank and acknowledge these special people in their efforts for the CCR and ICCRS.

“It was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastor and teachers, to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”

Ephesians 4:11-12

ICCRS is always seeking the help of those who are able to serve with their God-given talent and time, furthering the mission of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the very heart of the Church for a minimum of one or two years. We welcome well-organized and responsible people, familiarised with any of this areas: secretariat, organisation, publishing, accountancy, administration, graphic design and webmasters.

“Holy Spirit” Chapel

The “Holy Spirit” Chapel is an oratory in which the daily prayer of the ICCRS Staff takes place, and where masses are celebrated regularly. We, united to the worldwide Charismatic Renewal, pray for intentions that we receive daily through phone, fax, mail, e-mail and the Intercession Ministry page.

Furthermore, individual visitors or pilgrimage groups are invited to take a time of prayer in this emblematic chapel.

“Brian Smith” Library

Among the rooms in the ICCRS office, it is possible to find a Library dedicated to Brian Smith. It contains a vast number of literature and audiovisual resources on the CCR and the Church. We continuously receive books, magazines, newsletters, DVD’s and many other items from authors, ministries, prayer groups and communities. They are organised in the Library and used to serve the public.

“Bp. Joseph Grech” Meeting Room

The meeting room in the ICCRS office, dedicated to Bp. Joseph Grech, is mainly used to show videoconferences to pilgrimage groups from all over the world. It currently holds two Argentinean murals as result of the collection of works of art.

We open the invitation to prayer groups and communities to visit the ICCRS office with occasion of their pilgrimage to Rome.
